It's ruggedly built to withstand daily use under the harshest of conditions. The new Subaru Crosstrek sits at least 8.7 inches above the ground, which makes it easy to traverse standing water. Its Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive system effectively maximizes traction by always monitoring wheel slip.
The crossover's 2.5-liter engine is primed to deliver 182 horsepower and 178 pound-feet. There's also a 2.0-liter engine that's available as it puts out an estimated 152 horsepower and 145 pound-feet. The brand's Wilderness trim is a beefed-up variant that offers 3,500 pounds of towing capacity. Its interior is made of water-repellent upholstery, and it has unique front/rear bumpers.
