Have bought/leased at least 5 Subarus and 3 Chevy pick ups from Capitol. Will go back there to buy/lease again when the Subaru lease is up. Service is great, timely and accurate the first time. We have all our vehicles, including a Ford Motorhome van, serviced there. Purchasing is as easy as it can be for this, no pressure from our sales rep., Jackie. Building and grounds are well-kept, the fireplace to sit and read by is comfy, and the popcorn is good.

Hi Dan:
Just wanted to thank you for your courtesy,
professionalism & product knowledge.
Our journey to select a new car took six months and we are sure that you
must have wondered when we just came to sit in the car on the cold January day
or a couple of weeks later to do our test drives of the Outbacks. Then it was a couple of months before you
heard from us again. But we were working
on the project the whole time and your business card never left Russ' pocket.
Like your card, the Outback never left our list of cars
and, in the end, it emerge as the decisive winner.
When it did, we gave you a call; both you and the rest of
the Capitol team made our purchase a pleasant experience.
We took the car for its inaugural run that took us 550
miles of heavy rain and a wide variety of roads. From little twisties to major freeways,
through it all the Outback remained poised, quiet and rock steady. Just what we were seeking.
You might also be interested to know that the auto
insurance only went up $54 a year. So
from a 2004 Scion xB to a 2011 Outback, there was a clear indication of what
impact the Subaru's safety features have in the insurance world.
Many Thanks,
RUSS & ROSEMARIE

Capitol always does a superb job on the service
front. I wouldn't think of taking my car
anywhere else just to save a few nickels.
You folks run an outstanding dealership ? I mean it!

Hello Rory,
I just wanted to thank you for everything you did to help
me in my car-buying process at Capitol Auto.
I am extremely happy with my new Subaru Forester. I appreciate the confidence you put in me in
taking my word that I would follow through on the purchase of the Subaru. You went the extra mile, and so did the
others that helped me at Capitol.
Jackie was extremely knowledgeable and thorough in her
administration of my test drive of the Subaru Forester. After which, I was fully equipped to make an
informed decision. Billy Hamill was
absolutely incredible. I really can't
say enough about him. He was polite and
down-to-earth from beginning to end, and he knew his stuff. He definitely went above and beyond in his
service to my mother and I as well. He
not only gave us a great suggestion for where to eat lunch, but even took the
time to draw up a map for us, which we really needed. In addition, Billy was very nice to talk to,
which a relaxed and stress-free environment, making me feel much more
comfortable.
Being that this was my first auto purchase, I was quite
stressed and nervous going into it, but thanks to everyone at Capitol, and
Billy especially, I felt really good leaving the dealership in my new car.
Thanks again, Rory, and I hope things go well for
you. I'll definitely be back for my
future auto needs.
Sincerely,
